Launch day update #2: still holding #2 on Uneed with 51 votes — and some things I didn't expect

Six hours in. Still at #2 with 51 upvotes, one vote ahead of #3.
But the number that surprised me most today wasn't the ranking.
It was the conversations. People on IH actually read the post, clicked through, and came back to talk about retention, integrations, the difference between planning and execution. Real feedback from real founders, on launch day.
A few things I learned today:

The framing "I never know what to do today" converts better than "AI productivity app"
The hardest day isn't day one — it's day four, when the novelty is gone
Calendar sync is table stakes. Notion is next.

13 hours left. Still watching the counter from a café, still solo.
