Launch IH: P42 for VS Code (JavaScript Refactoring)

After talking to the P42 users and learning more about their workflows and how they approach code modernization, I've spent the last few weeks packaging the P42 JavaScript modernizations in a Visual Study Code Extension.

P42 now highlights code that can be modernized while you are working in VS code, providing immediate feedback and enabling much more flexible code modernization and improvement.

It is a pretty early version, but hopefully, it is already helpful. If you get a chance to install it, I'd love to hear your feedback :)
