Launching a productized service - PowerPoint Design Service

It has been 15 years now that I created PowerPoint presentations as part of my consulting profession (I think that 80% of my deliverable are PowerPoint files). I am a business and IT Consultant. My customers were always happy with the deliverables. With my current expertise in storytelling and PowerPoint design, I decided to launch a PowerPoint design agency, yes PowerPoint :)

My revenue comes from my consulting service right now. I hope that in a near future I will develop a mixture of sales from custom designs, Powerpoint multipurpose templates, and maybe an unlimited subscription service.

Regarding my strategy to get customers, I will focus on cold email and FB ads.
I already have a good experience with both. And I will also try"side project marketing" by launching a beautiful free PowerPoint template on ProductHunt.

Everything has been built with no-code tools.
I tried to build a completely automated flow :

The flow works like this :

👉New Customers

New customer = customer that have ordered from the website
From the website, new customers will pay via a hidden section on the website using the Cartfuel integration. I redirect them to the business requirement form using Suitedash integration. They will receive credentials automatically to their mailbox and they will be able to add more info on their order or make others orders directly from their customer account (they will be invoiced).
Those customers have a specific portal welcome page.

👉Loyal Customers
Loyal customer = Customer that have ordered for the first time from the customer portal.
They can directly order from their customer portal.
They will be invoiced for the next orders
They can directly discuss with their account manager via email directly from the portal

👉Free "Customers"
After requesting the free PowerPoint template they will have access to their customer portal to download it. They will receive once a month new templates or tips and tricks to be better at PowerPoint.
