Hey Guys,
Those who read me know that I launched my first side project – Launchoice a couple of months ago, which I love and will continue to develop.
Today I have more news and another launch. I've decided to take my full-time project (Doaccel) internationally.
Project website – http://doaccel.com (waiting for Vercel to install the SSL certificate)
In 2019, I launched a small web agency called Doaccel in Moscow and provided website development, branding, and technical support services. On February 15 this year, I decided to change my business model and relaunched my agency as an unlimited design service.
Unfortunately this business model has not caught on the local market yet, but it works perfectly in Europe and the USA. In general, the Russian consumer of digital services has a very poor understanding of IT and often does not understand why he needs a website at all, not to mention the quality.
You choose a subscription option, pay through the service Gumroad, add me to Slack or Trello and start work.
Since this is a new market to me, I made a 7 days package for $199 with 50% OFF, so that future clients could test the service by ordering any tasks and give a feedback.
Thanks to IH, I decided to enter the international market and I like it very much. People, in general, live in a different world. They are more understanding and responsive. Now I don't want to work in the Russian market at all, not counting my long-standing clients.
All in all, this is a new experience for me and I would be very glad to have any advice you can give me.
BTW, the website I built with lovely TailwindCSS and NextJS)
Also, please excuse my English, possible typos, and complicated text)
I just read over your landing page. What I find a bit confusing is the "two plans" block, directly followed by "12 services". It's not clear if one needs to subscribe to a plan for each of those services or if they are included in the plan.
Regarding the FAQ: "...you have full legal ownership of the files...". You may want to ask a lawyer for the correct wording here. For many clients the answer here might be a turning point. Hint: You can't sell copyright, but usage rights and may want to explain the limits (place, time, medium).
Hope that helps!
Hello,
Thank you very much for your time.
I agree with you, this block with services may confuse someone and that's why I added a subtitle saying that all services are included in all packages.
About the rights, yes, I'll have to work on that question.
Absolutely helpful comment 😉 I really appreciate it.
