Launching on Product Hunt is hard

In the last two months I have launched across multiple platforms, and so far launching on Product Hunt is the hardest one. Here are some stats.

Twitter - Very first announcement in February - 3 Retweets, 1 Quote Tweet, 22 Likes, didn't have analytics implemented yet.

LinkedIn - 68 reactions - 620 unique visits in two days - 1,869 post views - target was my network

Hacker News - Show HN - 23 points - 2k unique visits in two days - it was on the Show HN front-page for four days. No campaign or spreading the news within my network. I didn't tell anyone.

Reddit - r/webDev - 1.7k upvotes - 1.9k unique visits in two days - it was one of the top posts that week - plenty of great feedback. No campaign or spreading the news within my network. I didn't tell anyone.

Today I launched Kairo on PH - https://www.producthunt.com/posts/kairo - at the moment it is fluctuating between 5th and 6th position, right now with ~150 upvotes. Not bad, but the amount of work behind this! :) I have reached out to my contacts who I know are on PH, been active on Twitter and other places, been building connections for a while, which was the most fun of it, made a lot of new friends. But it is hard!

If interested, I will post an update comparing trials and conversions numbers.

I started Kairo in January as my Indie project, learn new skills and put into test my current ones. It already has paying customers and is semi-profitable (it pays for the services it is using and is able to do so for upcoming 12 months).

Don't aim for just one big launch. Launch continuously.
Launch. Learn. Improve. Repeat!

If you would like to support Kairo on PH today (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ https://www.producthunt.com/posts/kairo - Thank you!

Hello, I saw your product yesterday on Product Hunt and this one of the tools I will keep using it. This morning I prepared my coffee and the first thing I typed is Kairo! Keep up with a good work and I can only say, even if it is hard to it will pay off!

Your story of being a CEO and doing this on a side is inspirational.

    All the best.

      Thank you Dusan!
That is the best habit ever, wake up, get coffee, log it in Kairo. :D

Thank you, I am glad you are enjoying using Kairo!
