Launching products faster with Notion templates

Execution. Execution. Execution.

It's the simplest product management mantra there is, but one of the hardest. Simply because it request a ton of organisation, effort and focus.

This is why while I was chief product officer at my startup in Belgium I was focused on running my product management team with singular clear focus.

The way we achieved this was to remove as many distractions as possible, and as much 'busy' work as possible. This included documentation and process. Both should be simple, fast and already done.

What I wanted to achieve was an optimised, streamlined and fast working process that gave us as a product team as much breathing room as possible. Often, we'll get swamped by last minute requests, bugs, launches, feedback, what have you.

So I worked on building a TON of templates in Notion to empower the team to literally 'click & build' -- Thus producing a ton of frameworks and templates which allows anyone to jump in and at the click of a button get started with the right format and standards we expect. The PM can then spend their time inputting data, thinking or processing conclusions so that we can read these later.

The result of this is work what I now have released as Product Notion -- A series of well formatted, templates with that cover a ton of different use cases a Product Manager might face.

Product Notion Template

From kicking off a project, to running it to getting feedback from your team in a retrospective. There's a template for all key phases of Product Management, Product Design and User Research to get you up and running fast.

I know Product managers are always looking out for best practises, templates and examples, so this might help you out get your product out there faster by focusing on the important things and less on documentation or process.

Enjoy!
