I'm new to Indie Hackers but loving the community! My co-founder and I are looking for a Tech Lead to join us on our mission to build Rize.

It's a Consumer Social app designed to democratise access to insight, network and opportunities for underrepresented people - starting with Tech. We do that through bite-sized audio interactions.

We're live in private beta with a growing community. We're fundraising and looking to bolster the team with a Technical Lead that believes in our vision and can help shape how we get there.
