Looking for feedback for my SaaS landing page

I've just built a new landing page (not yet visible for our potential customers):

https://typegenie.webflow.io/

The goal is to now start marketing the site to the audience (customer service managers) and convert as many as possible.

Any feedback on how to make the main page better would be greatly appreciated!

    What I liked:

    • GIFs with the examples, clearly demonstrates what it does
    • Clear benefits (perhaps canned responses/reducing typos are also good to mention?)

    Things I would change:

    • Perhaps this is completely obvious to your actual target audience but .. how does this work? Is it a plug-in for a specific help desk solution? Does this work with my G Suite for example (as a better version of Gmail's built-in autocomplete)? Perhaps I can find the answer by signing up, but not everyone might be willing to invest that time just to find that out.
    • Privacy would be a big concern for me. Does this send customer data from emails to some server, what do you do with the data? When I click Privacy Policy I need to sign up to read it. That might be enough for some to lose interest. Ideally I would address all concerns a potential customer might have before they've even had the chance to think/worry about them.

    Good luck, hope that's helpful!

Really helpful and very good points @wim. Thank you, I'll look into how I can best address these :-)
