The page was very slow to load for me https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fblocksurvey.io%2F&tab=mobile
The bounce rate (visitors who click and leave before the page loads) would be very high.
Carousels are terrible, they slow the page down and no one ever uses them https://www.impactbnd.com/blog/why-homepage-carousels-are-bad
Fixing them two issues should help a lot.

Good concept. The one problem I can see is that most companies who want to survey want to know as much about their respondents as possible. And they are ones paying you :)
Maybe if you focus on Employee/HR surveys? They might appreciate the privacy focus.

That's true that most companies have been using surveys that way. Employee experience and customer experience are the two areas I'm focusing on.
