Looking for marketing co-founder for a niche marketplace in real estate

My background is in real estate and I built this as a solution to my own problem and because I saw an opportunity in a very fragmented space. It is a 2-sided peer to peer platform for people looking to buy and sell properties "as-is" (fixer uppers).
I'm full-time in this and am looking for someone who is in a position to be full-time soon or at least close to full-time. Happy to work with someone and potentially help cover living expenses as long as it is within reason. Not trying to be unreasonable at all or dictatorial here, I just know the power of focus (and what happens when you're unfocused).
No specific qualifications here and I don't have a deadline or anything, I just want to work with someone who has a strong moral compass, is intellectually curious, and has a solid work ethic.
