Im looking for some book recommendations about the process of launching a new product.
I've read some related to this topic but I would love to explore new options.

If you're building a SaaS: Zero to Sold by @arvidkahl
Biggest take away for me was: start with the audience, not the product.
Hands down parts of “Zero to sold”, just like @wieringa mentioned.
Also, have a look at “Make - The bootstrapper handbook” (https://makebook.io/) by @levelsio
