Looking for Ruby Dev to join my side-project ($30k ARR)
Hi All-
I'm looking for a Ruby / Rails developer to join my side project. It's a SaaS in the analytics space generating a bit more than $30k ARR.
Long story short:
- I'm a "business guy" and acquired this app about a year ago.
- I've been contracting out the dev work but it's been mostly maintenance/backend work/bug fixing since I dont really have enough budget to build anything fun (new integrations, features, etc.) I'm missing a strategic developer who can think high level, but also get into the code.
- There are some big technical decisions that need to be made before I'm confident enough to start this thing scaling up. (For instance, I'd like to build a new integration, do we fork the code or try to keep everything in one app?)
It's been a fun project so far, but I don't think I can get it to its full potential on my own.
I'm open to all sorts of arrangements, but prefer someone who values equity so we can be in this together.
