Looking to connect with startups who have investors, or are working towards fundraising

Investment will make many businesses and break many others, with the indiehacker community probably sitting right on the fence watching both sides of the story.

Many solo-founder successes here which is great, but not always investment friendly. Investors want crazy returns and non-stop growth, while founders often prefer a steady income and easy lifestyle.

Some businesses however have the investor friendly growth potential, plus a route to scale with a quick cash injection.

The latter is my focus today.
Having been through the fundraising process a few times, I saw the struggles that exist for both startups and investors throughout the process.
After a few years delay, I have finally created the solution to my own difficulties.

If you either have a funded startup or are raising funding, I would love to share access to our new product in exchange for feedback.
Boardroom.vc helps through many stages, from managing a fundraising round, private dataroom for your stakeholders, KPI tracking and sending regular investor updates & reports.

Message me if interested and will arrange a free lifetime account.
