Loom For User Interviews - Thoughts?

Hi everyone,

My friend and I are working on Haste, a platform that would help you conduct interviews with your users asynchronously - we also like to refer to it as Loom for user interviews. In our previous company, we found it difficult conducting face-to-face user interviews as we experienced issues with scheduling, knowing what questions to ask and just being intimidated really (I am non-native speaker).

We thought that changing the format of the interview, might be a great way to solve some of these issues. It's pretty simple - you record your questions, get a link and then share with users. You can then collect responses from users and manage them accordingly. Of course, we do not see it as a complete replacement of the 1:1 calls, but rather as a great supplementary tool, to help you get more high-quality responses, quicker.

We would love to get your view and see if this is something you would find helpful? We are still very much working on it, but we'd really appreciate some early feedback! Thanks!
