LunchClub for design critiques or code review

What do you think of an app that pairs designers with each other to get their work critiqued? Could also apply to developers to review code with each other. Mostly targeted at junior-to-mid level people who could learn best through a second set of eyes.

The idea is inspired by a few meetings I've taken with junior designers who've done a lot of work but have had very little of it critiqued. Also by my love of Lunchclub.ai
