Made a video of how our multi-project management works and could use some feedback!

We will appreciate some feedback on how to improve it, thank you!

The first column lists the projects our groups you are working on. For each project, you can decide to use a combination of thread, board, and chat. Thread entries can be turned into tasks and moved to the kanban board. We are trying to keep things simple and easy to use. Thank you!

This is a really tough market - but there is room for newcomers. I have switched a lot of solutions for my project management tool many times, and for the vast majority of them, I tend to seek a solution that is simpler to use but powerful when I need it.

My current favorite is Clubhouse. It's a good mix between simple and powerful, while having a great UI, really fast and just get's out of the way.

Personally from the video, it was quite sluggish and slow. I personally don't like the UI, its not very compact, and everything is quite large. As someone who has led many different projects, I don't think threads and a forum have any place in a project management tool . I think comments on a task are however important. However your forum/threads feature could be a good fit for open source projects? Since it requires more discussion.

Do you have good traction at the moment? how many trials are you getting per month and what is your conversion rate? If you have paid users, then focus on them and hopefully you can build out a solution for a niche.

Thank you, the tool does look great. I tried to download it, but I'm on a Mac.

Some sound advice. The market is really saturated, yet we built this for us and decide to open it up to other users. To our surprise is growing!
The hey example is really good, I'm making a new video today. I do sound very tired at the end of a workday.

Any advice on how to improve our UI? good design is a struggle with our UX focus! Growth is causing some slow down, we are soon moving to a new server and we are rewriting lots of the backend with much faster NodeJs. I did some tests and is a lot more responsive.

"You are thinking about this the wrong way. Users don't care about features, they care about what the product can do for them. What problems can it solve for them. How can it make their lives better."

I think this is key! In the new video, I will try to show how our platforms save time for people working on multiple projects.

      Thank you!

Totally agree with the design focus approach, this was a simple internal tool that we decided to bring to the market. So we did things a bit differently.

I'm working on a new video, this is the script I have in mind. Please let me know if it sounds a bit better:

          "Hello everyone
Let me share with you in this short video, how simple tasking can save you time while working with multiple projects.
Unlike most project managers. Simple tasking lets you keep control of multiple independent projects.
In the first column, you have all your projects. Each one can be a different group of people or each of these can be different clients. IF you are a freelancer,  designer,  developer, consultant, or any work you do requires working with new groups of people all the time, this solution was built for you.
When there is activity on a project it moves to the top so you can see it. Is like an Inbox, then you click to open it.
Let’s create a new project. For each project, you can decide what features to use. You can enable a thread, board and chat, and any combination among them.
For this project, I’m going to enable a thread. Threads work, as usual, they are intuitive and easy to use. There is nothing new to learn. Yet we have a unique feature!
Want to see it? Ok, Let me turn on the board for this project. Our Kanban board is fast and easy to use and integrates with the thread. With one click thread entries can be turned into tasks. That way you can create efficient workflows that get the job done. Also, you can assign users to tasks directly from the thread.  One more thing! You can also label with hashtags each of the threads, this is also a unique feature and is super useful. Then By using filters you can find threads, tasks, and filter by their status or who they are assigned to. Try finding information with our competitors, is a mess. We got tired and frustrated from all the other platforms and that is why we built simpletasking.
Now let’s enable chat. Chat works just like popular chat apps. You have channels and direct messaging. Have you ever tried managing multiple projects with Slack? Is not very good if you have to deal with multiple projects and groups of people. How can you understand what is happening on multiple projects if you cant read multiple chats? Simpletasking solves it.
Simpletasking is powerful, fast, and easy to use. There is nothing new to learn. You can try for free at simpletasking.com Thank you!"
