March Retrospective: $823 in revenue and burned out

  1. 2

Hey Allison! Always worried when I see folks here talking about burnout. It's important to see this before it happens, which you obviously did. That's awesome.

I recently read that burnout increasingly stems from a lack of progress. Be it your work not going anywhere or a company missing out on the growth you expected. Definitely seems like that's what happening for you here.

You spend a lot of time on this and as you write, you have no idea whether your work is actively contributing to growth, that sucks!

I think the more important it is that you scale back your work on it and focus on one thing that really matters for you and this project.

You have some great plans for April, but do you think they'll turn the whole ship around? If not, what will?

If you feel lost or need some inspiration, I definitely have some ideas. Contacts on my profile.
