Micro-framework to clarify ideas, create mission statement, or get co-founders aligned

I've been working behind the scenes on a micro-framework I call "Question Storm Cloud" 🌩️ It's based on questions I've distilled by going through countless startup books, articles, videos, and blinks...

For a startup to keep following the right path, you need a bright light to guide you, a "mission statement", and a set of core values, and this is the ultimate outcome of the "Question Storm Cloud" 💪

Some of the questions:

  • How is it remarkable?
  • How do we remain credible?
  • What comes before this product?

As I like to say "all the questions are made up, and the answers don't matter", the real goal is to find a spark, one or two really good bits, that rub together to bring out the lightning... ⚡

Question Storm Cloud

Why am I doing this? Basically to help people - I've used this framework on all my ideas, and when onboarding people, I've also used it with others that can (hopefully) attest 🙏

It's also a way for me to meet founders and start-up folks, and get plugged into the start-up community 👋

If you are interested, and have an hour to spare, or know someone who might, we can organise a sneak peak workshop, and go through your idea using it!

The more people the better so if you have a potential co-founder bring them along! 🙌

I run it via a Miro template, which I'm planning to make public after validating the usefulness with you! 🙇

My background, for those who don't know me, is in fintech, startups and machine learning, I'm interested in lifelong learning / edtech, content economy, for good entrepreneurship and the #buildinpublic movement...

By trade I'm a software engineer, by calling a mentor, by choice a founder, and by mistake an amateur stand-up comedian * ba dum tss *
