Mobile App idea - seeking fellow founding partner

Hey guys, i'm a 5-years-deep, self-taught, React/Redux front end developer an hour outside of London, UK. Very new to IndieHackers but love the site/idea of this.

Here's my deal: I've been toying with the idea of building a history app where users can stream audio based on their geolocation. Like a mobile version of a narrated tour or information plaque, sort of thing.

Idea has been pitched to 2 incubators & feedback seems pretty positive. YAY. But although we all agree there's a viable commercial route, i personally cannot throw the £5-10k they would charge me to navigate that process (their model is mostly as a conduit to investors)

I'm fortunate that i could build this thing myself, so I'm looking for another Dev to pair with, bounce ideas off, get the MVP done, get our first users, and a basic income happening - and then we'll seek some investment to scale-up, promote, add features, expand.

Note to rockstars: this will not be a billion dollar idea. But if it provided income in London (which i think it could in the post-Covid world), it could do the same in other cities, UK and beyond - with an eventual exit for us as founders by aquisition/buy out.

Shout me if you're interested.
