Momentum Tip: Intentionally shift between complex/slow & fast/easy tasks.
Context: 95% done developing an MVP over the last 6 months, I normally try to tackle complex/slow tasks first to get them over with, but I've noticed if I focus on complex/slow task for 3+ days straight I'll get burned out and lose momentum. There's value keeping focused on a complex task through completion, but there's also value letting yourself shift gears to fast/easy tasks that let you see rapid progress, returning to your complex task with a fresh perspective later.
(first post on IndieHackers; not sure how obvious/helpful this tip will be, but I've found it helps me significantly in the sometimes daunting task of solo app development; hope this can help someone else as well)
If anyone has related tips to share I'd love to hear it. Hope everyone has a nice weekend.
