📙 Multi lingual landing page ✋Yay or 🙅Nay

I am the creator of blurweb.app it is a chrome extension that helps to hide sensitive information in a single click and more.

I am already planning on add multiple languages to the chrome web store listing but confused does it worth doing for the landing page too?

Does anyone have any experience doing it if so please share your experience below 👇 or Upvote so others can.

There is a lot more to it than just translating your website.
You will start getting support requests and emails in other languages.
Your app should have a good i18n framework in place. The UI starts falling apart because the phrases have different lengths. Sentences have to built differently for different languages. Invoice. Emails.

Definitely do it if you think you'll get growth from capturing other markets.

Do you know much competition is already there for those other languages?

I agree I have experience the UI falling apart with one conversion blurweb.app/ru

I have no idea about competition but I have customers from around the world so want to give it a try

Funny you mentioned /ru. I grew up there . Tell you what, either the language moved on so much or the translation is lame :) I don't speak RU to anyone any more, but do read some of their news from time to time. Ask proper native speakers if the page looks OK to them.
I guess this is another peril of i18n - you cede control to someone else.

When we did it for our project we had translations for languages spoken within the team. The translation maintainer was also responsible for SEO and related content. RU looked OK because we had a few native speakers. The conversion to paid was low, though. Our prices were too high for them and there was no point coming down to their level.

A quick google returned this: The average hourly wage in Russia is US$8.09 :(

I like your product. You may be onto something there.
Is it your main gig? Are you hiring or looking for more work for yourself?
