My 3-step plan to quitting 9to5 job Maybe works for you

I have a 9to5 PM job that I love. I love my co-workers and everything in the company, but there is a problem I don't want to die working for others and I need a solid plan to escape this fate.

I want to be an indie hacker but
I can't code,
I can't design but Writing is my favorite thing to do.
The problem is I'm not a native English Speaker/Writer and it takes a huge amount of constant effort to become a good writer in another language.

Constant effort = hours of trying.
when you have a 9to5 job these hours are hard to find. I'm struggling too much with my productivity and finally found a way:

1- don't be a maximizer about your time at the start. Start with 2 Pomodoro a day. Personally, I do one Pomodoro of writing in the mornings and another Pomodoro of reading at nights. I'm not Elon musk, I can't work 80 h/w, it's the best I could possibly do.

2- Building the habit of writing every day is much more important than the amount of content you generate. at least for the few first months.

3- Use notion or google sheet or any other tools you like to track your performance. try to implement simple gamification for yourself to put you in the mood in the cloudy days:))

thanks for your reading
