My Show HN post has only 2 upvotes - how can I attract more attention?

I followed the tips on this IndieHacker post [0] and my Show HN has been sitting at 2 upvotes (1 mine obviously). Anyone else have any luck getting attention?
So far I...

1. Made the title short and uncomplicated.
2. Referenced some popular products (Twilio and Google Sheets) that I use.
3. Pointed to the actual product (G Suite Marketplace link rather than my site)
4. Had a product that is ready for use.

However, I don't have any friends that use HN so I figured having some new accounts create comments or upvote wouldn't be advisable (as mentioned in 0).
