My Twitter was hacked. It's a shame because I spent a few months building up an audience of 2,000 followers.

I knew all about 2FA, best password practices, phishing, etc.
You didn't explain how the account was actually hacked. Did they guess your password, did you have 2FA enabled?
weird, you say you don't like giving away your email, but your site has the email on every page. You're sort of inviting spam that way.
