My very first post, service & MVP! Looking for feedback for my first product releases.

I'm proud to finally share with you my first-ever service — kapustin.co V.1.0

Our illustration resources help your product look awesome and save you time and money as a startup owner or an entrepreneur.

Problem
High costs of a really good illustrator for your website or app + time limitations for the launch of the product.

Solution
With one click, you can buy a package with dozens of illustrations to suit your needs in the style you like, all for the price of just one illustration from a good illustrator.

Yes, we create eye candy illustrations for marketplaces, agencies, companies and startups! At this moment we have 6 paid illustration packs, from small (12 illustrations) to large (56 illustrations), and each pack has a demo so you can try the illustrations for your product. The demo consists of 1 free illustration in all formats. Of course, freebies will also be available soon!

What we started with:
👤 Unique Visitors: 1
📨 Email Customers: 97
💸 Monthly Revenue: ~$50

So firstly, the one visitor is me (haha). I built the MVP about 2 months ago and integrated the domain 2-3 weeks ago. Secondly, I got the email customers when I tested this idea on my personal website. I’ll write about the details of this soon, in the next post. And thirdly, all monthly revenue in that moment was from marketplaces. I finished adding new products some time ago and took my time to build the MVP. Of course, sales stopped. If you don’t add new products, you don’t sell old products. It’s a simple rule. I think I will continue to use the marketplaces because it’s a free marketing tool for me. (Actually, almost free; they take 30%-40% of each sale.)

I would love to hear your feedback and comments!

And if you want to check out the service, go to kapustin.co and use coupon "indie" for a 💥 50% 💥 off on all illustration packs! Available for the next 10 customers only!

Hi Igor! I like the design of your site, it looks sleek.

So, my two cents on the site is that I don't think you can grow this easily. Basically, if I get it correctly you're trying to sell the same set of illustrations you've pre-made to people as a way to do it once and scale up the profits by selling it multiple times.

However, I could go to Fiverr or any other mass market design website like 99design and the such, and get a lot more diversity of supply right off the bat.

The only way I see you could grow this is by either (1) turning into a marketplace that allows others to share and sell their work, or (2) by customizing the offers to tailor to customers' needs. Btw, I saw you have a button "Order Custom" at the top right, that should be more prominent on the landing page so it's really in people's face.

I believe if you don't find a way to differentiate from the overcrowded space of design marketplace, you should probably ditch this and focus your talents on another projects.

I hope this helped, keep it up!

Hi Emgo! Thanks for feedback! Yes, turning into a marketplace this is also way to grow, but it's too early to think about it.

Of course you can go to any freelance platform to order custom illustrations, but how many time and money it will be cost for you (despite the quality)? For example in 'Hands Illustrations' we have 56 illustrations with the price $48, this is $0.86 per illustration, and you can get it in 1 second, pay and take.

'Order Custom' button only in one place and not 'in face' because this is secondly way to monetize service. This is for clients who love our styles but can't find what they need, this button indicates the possibility of custom order, I don't want to be a illustration agency (at this moment). But I will think about more CTA, thanks!
