Hi,
I'm building Recall, an Android app that is a file server on your phone, with web access. It can replace AirDroid to transfer files to your PC, ShareIt to send files to family devices on the local network, and Dropbox to share files with others with a link. Only web-browser is needed on the receiving end, so you can send files to any platform, without limits on file size or type, with total privacy and end-to-end encryption.
The app is launched, I've got some tiny initial usage and working on getting more early adopters and feedback. You can check out the full value prop and the roadmap here: https://recall.im
Meanwhile, I'm mostly a backend developer, and thus the UI part of the project sucks. Besides, doing it along is quite hard at times when you're exhausted or the momentum isn't great. I'd love to partner up with another developer who is excited about the idea and the MVP. If that's you, drop me a line, I'd love to hear your thoughts and discuss any ideas: [email protected].
Have a nice day, everyone!
P.S. Sorry, not interested in contractor/CTO-for-hire offers, there is no funding or revenue atm.
