Need your help! ⚠️ I started building in public

I have recently started to share on my Twitter account how I am building my projects and how I am feeling about it day by day. For now, I am working on my very first project, but I hope it will be the first of many.

I haven't used Twitter for a long time and I'm really enjoying this platform, especially because it focuses on what I like the most: writing.

I thought I would share what I'm doing to help people who feel identified with me because they are quite lost and don't know if the steps they take are good or not. Also so they don't make the same mistakes I'm making.

Do you follow this kind of accounts? Do you have any advice when it comes to creating this kind of content on Twitter?

I feel like if you share both what works and what doesn't is super helpful. Let's say you've created a certain marketing strategy and it didn't work after trying different approaches then explain why.. That would be valuable for me. :)

      Thank you that's what I'll post :)

Are you using some kind of framework or tool for your Twitter presence? Or are you doing everything manually?

I know there are some tools around. I was wondering if you considered using one of those :-)

I didn't think about it. At the moment I'm doing everything manually, actually I don't really mean to grow a lot my account, I just expect to help people like me.

But please tell me more about those tools, they may be useful for me or anyone who reads this.

There are tools like Hypefury, Zlappo or rapide.ly that aim at helping people grow an (Twitter) audience.

I haven’t used any of them myself though.

Is this a thing you would consider spending money on at this point?

For now I prefer not spending money. In a future I'll see.

          Hypefury looks great btw!

I saw that I get more attention when I share an update with a picture, I will check if it is even better with a gif or a couple seconds video.

    Good luck!

      Great advice! Thank you :)

I suggest building your newsletter if you are good at writing. There are lots of alternatives you can check. Cheers!

Do you think a newsletter is more helpful than Twitter posts?
