I'm building a SaaS for creating product tours with no-code. https://produktly.com/
I think product tours are a great way to onboard your new customers, without requiring you being there to teach and guide them. Customers can advance at their own pace, and still get a guided experience.
This will help at first improve your product adoption. And at later stages also retention, since your customers will better understand your product and also be more up-to-date with all the new cool stuff you have pushed up.
Ultimately the idea is to expand to all things related to product adoption and retention, so possibly things like highlighting new features, checklists, changelogs etc.
Curious to hear your thoughts about the landing page (https://produktly.com/), or product tours and the space in general etc.
I think it's a good idea. As a Saas tool though, I may only have less than 10 users looking through the produce a month, so it would be too expensive for me rather than recording a loom at that stage.
I think this is a cool idea. I see many No-Code products right now.
Not going to lie though, most of the time when I see stuff like this I just click skip or next until I get to the end.
That is just me! I am sure a lot of users find this useful.
