I've read this book twice.
Once when I was doing my first startup and didn't really know much about marketing and product positioning. Didn't get as much out of it then.
Then I read it again recently, when I am doing my second startup after all of the mistakes of the first one. It ended up making so much sense to me now and has really put "positioning" at the forefront of my thinking about my product.
I cannot recommend this book enough.
That's how I felt too. The second time's always a charm – or i'm just a slow learner in this regard. Thanks for sharing your recommendation. Am glad we feel the same way about the book!

Just purchased. I'll post feedback after I've read through some of it. For $.99, I can't imagine it not being worth it. As a developer, these are the kind of topics that are most helpful for me.
April came to my hometown and did a talk. I bought her book and read it as soon as it arrived. It's a great book and nice that she dissected positioning the way she did.
