People talk bad about my project? What should i do?

Hi, i launched a project about 1 month ago. I got 1000+ signup and %1 rate paid users. I dont want to share link sorry.

My project is about training platform and our approach is little bit different then other platforms. People are tweeting about us but their tweets are not positive. (Of course there are some good tweets.)

Also, one competitor tried to attack us on twitter. Also, one competitor tried to attack us on twitter and media influencers supported them.

I haven't been able to sell for about 2 weeks.

what does this indicate? what should i do next step?

Thank you.

I guess the question is, are you doing something unethical?

If you are, then you deserve to be scrutinized.

If you are not, then ignore the haters and carry on.

One time, i compared my project with competitors. Then they attacked us. I am not sure , is this unethical?

Totally fine! And their reaction is totally fine, too! They don't want you to be alive and strong. Keep going, no matter what they say.

I think that's fine. Many companies do that. For example, you can see Freshdesk comparing themselves with ZenDesk.

Please, take our perspective here for a second - we don't know anything about your product, your marketing channels, your landing page, text and images, how you approach clients...

Could you give good advice if you didn't have such information?

      I agree with the above.

If you're not doing anything unethical, you should read between the lines of the negative tweets to see if you could give it a positive spin.

Sometimes, haters do give insights on what you're lacking which is a good feedback.

So it all comes down to exactly what kind of negative tweets you're being attacked with

If what you did was just and honest comparison page then you have nothing to worry about!

    This is fair game.

But if this people attacked you on twitter and got support from several other people it might also a good idea to ask yourself why is that.

Somehow this post remind me to scrapehunt vs scrapingbee, are you doing something unethical?

It a part of business. You could only prove them wrong by making your project successful.
