Pioneer- the online accelerator, is running an interactive global online hackathon (prize pool of $5k, $150000 GCP credits, Segment, Render)
With covid-19, seems like there's been lots of online hackathons recently. The online accelerator Pioneer is running one next weekend, but apparently it's different. They're trying to be more interactive with:
- Live audience voting
- Always on zoom rooms to meet people from around the world
- Industry experts to pick interesting projects to comment on
- mini-games with cash prizes
- more
For many of us who're quarantined, it could be an interesting way to make something cool, meet programmers from around the world, and maybe connect with some experts. (There's also a prize pool of $5k, $150000 GCP credits, Segment, Render and more)
