I've never heard of JetPack but from what I can see it's made specifically for WordPress and it's kind of Swiss knife, having a lot of stuff in there.

Thank you for explaining the differences. You mentioned your system checks every minute. As a customer I may not want to know if my site is down for a minute, so is there a way to control notifications based on down time?
I do like that you have multiple integrations besides email. I may need that in the future.
For #3, I don't see any status page(s).
Yes, there is an option "Notify me only if my site is down for...".
Since it's common thing, sometimes site is not available in short period of time, which is non crucial at all, but people get annoying notifications.

This is definitely not my product haha but honestly, out of my experience, twik is a great tool that serves both as a BI system and a whole-site, on-site personalization tool, which is an alternative to Google Analytics that does not rely on cookies, but rather on a novel fingerprint which is a huge plus. Thanks, that explains things much better. I have spent years growing my LinkedIn network on a per-person meeting / connection. And I instantly remove people sending me a generic note to connect. Have you created any middle-ground solutions where you can automate but customize the experience past the first_name variable?

I like your honesty in where you are at. Much better than just showing a sign up page without explaining anything.
I own another company that does web design (since 2001), but I only do it on referral basis. What you are describing reminds me of what I call "janitor jobs". Cleaning up the mess from the previous designer & then creating a maintenance plan. With the latest release of WP (previously did this with JetPack), clients can now automatically update their plugins.
That being said, have you considered WP optimizations & validations? For example, I would like to get my Google Page Speed scores higher (I rank well with GTMetrix) and an audit might come in handy. Let me know your thoughts.
That's actually really good feedback, I appreciate that.
It is true that the new WP version makes it even easier to manage your plugins on your own, however many companies I talk with are lagging behind on the most rudimentary web management, which includes keeping their WordPress up-to-date. It's not common knowledge to check in on the tech side of your website even just once in a while - many people just set up a page and let it grow obsolete, so to say, too busy with their core business. That's where we come in.
As to the optimization: yup, we do that, too. I didn't mention that in my pitch because it comes packaged: once we've put out the fire - so the more serious issues - we clean the page up so it's nice and optimized. You're right, however, that I should mention it separately: after all, there must be more people like you, who look for this kind of service specifically.

You haven't found "architect" or "designer" as there isn't any on there yet as we have only just launched so gaining traction(slowly), you could for now just hit search you will see there are about 1000 profiles so far for various companies and professionals. Good question, I will assume that you develop your own website, with UpStamps, you can test certain parts or launch new features on your website without having to modify code or build again, it's all done through the UpStamps Dashboard. What you're refering to in SEMRush is what I called above "basic rank tracking".

Let me ask you something, how does your team communicate with your clients? Also, I´m guessing that there are multiple projects at the time, each one at different stages.
Wouldnt it be good to have a threads platform for teams inside communication, and also client-side communication also with Threads. Maybe you are using, Email, chat... it is no the best option, threads just like the comments here are way better.

I agree that email / chat is terrible at the history of a project. I recently developed a commenting system that allows clients to make comments directly on their plans & our visualizations throughout the project's process. I see you have features like invoices & payments that Hubspot free CRM does not. But that isn't enough for us to justify paying $10/mo. So, for us, having some sort of free tier to try out and go as needed would make more sense to us. Also, the export feature would be crucial as any software developer tools can go away at any time. As an example, one major reason we use a WordPress web site over Squarespace / Webflow, etc. is because we can back up & move that data whenever we want.
Note that our company is in a niche of architecture / interior design. We don't need a lot of the bells & whistles other companies usually do to manage & follow-up.

BuildMyCRM is only at the MVP stage so there aren't as many features, yet. I'm currently seeking out beta users to test out the site for free for 60 days. I think that would be a good amount of time for someone to try out BuildMyCRM.
In regards to the "bells & whistles", the cool thing about BuildMyCRM is that you choose which features you want in your CRM. If you don't need the follow-up & manage features, you simply don't add them to your CRM.
At the core of BuildMyCRM is the ability to choose which features you want, and remove the features you don't want. New features such as Exporting, Importing, etc. will be added and become available as I get feedback from beta users.

Thanks for asking. Miro is a mess, with too complicated controls, many buttons and panels and too limited functions. We limit all settings and have nice defaults, so a person can concentrate on what truly matters: his/her work. We are much simpler to use and we have much bigger plans for the future. Miro is a graphical canvas, we are a universal tool for everything. Our goal is to revolutionize the way how computers are used.

Offline is not supported at the moment. We will add storing of data for viewing offline in the browser, this is particularly important on mobile or for giving presentations somewhere. There is no desktop app working offline if you ask for that.
OK, look forward to seeing that added. One of the main reasons why I use Adobe XD for interactive presentations is the offline / online modes & collaborations.
