Consider ignoring every single place on that list and posting your startup in places where potential users are likely to hang out
My startup Cloakist did extremely badly customer-wise from PH, HN, and a whole host of those other places. We got our first customers from the Roam Research Slack, where a bunch of RoamCult members were crying out to move their Roam blogs to a custom domain. And then also from posting on the feature request threads for custom domain support for products like Airtable, ClickUp, Calendly and Adobe Spark.
(By the way, this is not to say that this is a bad list - it's excellent. Just making the meta-point that maybe this list is not what a lot of startups should be depending on.)
Startup ranking compiled a list that you can submit your startup. I found it quite useful, it has the traffic, visits and some other information.
They also provide services to do the submission for you, but I didn't purchase their services. Instead, at APITemplate.io we submitted one by one to the directories manually.

I couldn’t agree with you more - build a business, not an audience.
To me, the directories are to earn backlinks.
