The background, in combination with the text, it's not readable enough. I needed to put in some effort to get through the content, and that's not something a regular user will do.

I want to organise productivity / accountability online co-working sessions twice a day... in a "virtual office space" on Whereby...
Basically you drop in, at the start share (briefly) what you'll be working on (individually) this hour... then we all continue on mute with cameras on/off (as you choose). At the end of the hour we share your progress or drop off, it's that simple!?
Thanks @ArjenSchat I couldn't figure out how to remove it yet. Will look into it. The API is till in beta, might try some JS but not sure if it works in ConvertKit (my hosting solution for now).

I will try add some background to the text, or change the colour.
Some of the text "normally appears" under black background below the image, but I guess I can't "bank" on that...
I currently use ConvertKit to host this, but might look at Carrd, I have heard good things about it.
As per the screenshots, sadly I'm "Billy no mates" right now, which is part of the reason I'm doing it in the first place :)

For starters, your whereby integration has an autofocus in the field, forcing the browser to scroll down.
Would be nice to see a screenshot of the interface when you are working together.
