Please share your feedback on my service’s value proposition

Hey guys!

I am running a productized service called GetFast (here’s the link to the website https://getfast.com/). It’s a subscription-based unlimited graphic design service.

After analyzing the market of graphic design services, I came to the conclusion that delivery time is not as fast as users expect. That’s why we at GetFast decided to make speed our preference. As a rule, we send the first result 24 hours after the registration with the service. Even if the client provided us too little info, the designer will come up with the design idea to show our creativity and attentiveness to the order.

What do you guys think of such a value proposition? Would that be of great importance for you in terms of graphic design materials, or is it something rather taken for granted?

Any help? Thanks!

Hi there! Your value proposition of delivering unlimited graphic design services with a guaranteed fast turnaround time is certainly appealing. In today's fast-paced world, where businesses need to stay ahead of the curve, speed is often a critical factor in success.

Your commitment to delivering the first design result within 24 hours of registration is particularly impressive. This sets you apart from many of your competitors and should help you attract customers who value speed and efficiency in their graphic design services.

That being said, it's important to make sure that your speed doesn't come at the expense of quality. It's crucial to strike a balance between speed and quality to ensure that your customers are satisfied with the end result.

Overall, your value proposition is compelling and should resonate with businesses who are looking for fast and efficient graphic design services. Good luck with your productized service!

It looks interesting, because I have that exact problem at the moment. (We're making our own graphic because we don't think we can find someone to do it quickly enough.) $5,000/year is very far out of my budget for that though.

As a bit of a perfectionist, I'd just assume the quality will suffer and it will just require more time from me to iterate.

      Thanks for your feedback!

Actually, great quality is something rather taken for granted. Judging from test clients' experience quality is not affected at GetFast. And again, ideally a client fills in a brief on new design request, there's a convenient form for that. Just in case it's skipped, our designers won't wait unlit all the info is provided, but try to be proactive.
