I use Revue because it's simple, affordable, and designed for editorial newsletters like mine. I was looking for a platform focused on editorial content rather than marketing.
Although I'm not working on a Newsletter, we are using MailChimp. We looked at switching to both emailOctopus and Sendgrid which were more cost effective in the short-term, however we found that the costs were very similar as our user-base grew. We've been happy with MailChimp, we use them for our company newsletter.
We actually started using their pay as you go plan because we don't send a ton of emails and it's saved us hundreds of dollars a month. I'm not sure if that's something you're thinking about but thought I'd point it out just in case.
I use AWeber because it's easy to use to create segmented and personalized emails and quickly build landing pages to test out new ideas. I'm a big fan of doing neat things with conditional content, which is really straightforward at AWeber too.
I also work at AWeber and love basically everything about the company. Our CS team truly cares about folks and is available to brainstorm as well help technically.

Be carefull when you are in the EU. Most of these are US companies which officially are not GDPR compliant anymore.
I'm in the process of switching from SendGrid to Postmark and I'm very happy with how it's going
