Thank you so so so much for sharing but I'm sorry...

Choose a target keyword for each section and ensure you feature it prominently but naturally. This will allow each page to rank individually. If you can, find another Indie Hacker with a similarly-sized audience to grow by sharing cross-posts and backlinks.

I don't understand anything except for these 4 lines. How is my product related to trading anyway. IT'S AN SMS SAAS 🤷‍♀️

There’s an increasing number of millennials inspired by videos like How I Learned to Day Trade. In my opinion, these young novices are your prime audience.

Aspirational novices will be looking for education, which I can tell you have identified. You have done a good job capturing this attention with content for beginners. I think you deserve credit for publishing about stock splits, which is a hot topic.

My advice is to double-down on your content strategy by creating a content pillar. It could be an e-book called “How to start day trading as a complete beginner” which you publish behind an email form. A nice trick would be to publish the book as an app. If you’ve not encountered this before, it might sound odd, but look it up. Books published as apps see significant downloads. Through the app, you can nudge people directly to your actual product. To get the most from your e-book, break each chapter or specific sections into pages on your website. Choose a target keyword for each section and ensure you feature it prominently but naturally. This will allow each page to rank individually. If you can, find another Indie Hacker with a similarly-sized audience to grow by cross-posting and sharing backlinks. Backlinks from .edu domains have more power. As you are publishing educational content you have an opportunity to achieve a natural backlink from an .edu website.

Aspirational novices are also looking for inspiration, as is evident by short video documentaries and interviews with inspiring young traders on YouTube. You could also attempt to capture this attention with your own YouTube channel.

      1. 2

        Thank you!

Totally agree that content tailored towards aspirational novices is going to really increase our scale and we've been trying to work on that as we speak. High quality & easy to understand content has been our priority but balancing that with development work is quite the heroic effort.

Never heard of a content pillar but am about to dive into research as that + the ebook as an app idea could really set us up for success. Super appreciative of the time you took to read this out and the research done.

        Cheers 🚀

Well Twitter game seemed on point. I think if you are not doing it already reddit would also be a great place to market it.
Use deep links as replies to threads on investing or WSB, or something similar.

      1. 1

We try to automate all social media activity because that way we can gain even more value out of the infrastructure we built to support our app. We've definitely been using Deep links in a variety of reddit threads but some communities such as WSB are strictly no spam and do not allow these types of promotions even if we tried to do it discretely lol

        Appreciate the advice!

    3. 2

This is a great idea and it definitely has potential to be the funding for a lifestyle business. There is a lot of competition though. I only had a brief look so did not explore it deeply. There seem to be too many payment levels.. Is there a reason (backed by data) for them? Have you been running any experiments on conversion and retention?
I did a recent post where I dissected apps from the UX perspective - here If you think you can optimise it better, have a look at what we're going to do this month with 2 other app devs - here

      1. 1

Totally agree on the fact that you have to be very careful when adding multiple payment tiers, in our case it was a necessity due to international users costing us the most money and having to create a high cost tier for them.

However our experience has been totally wild, after creating the payment tiers we saw a decline in subscriptions per month but our MRR more than tripled within 2 months due to more users signing up and staying within our highest tier.

Reading through your posts now, thanks!

    Your objective: Validate concept
Where you're currently acquiring new users: Word of mouth

Your execution here is fantastic, great job 🎉! Through thoughtful design, the value proposition is clear.

I knew I'd encountered similar services before so I searched "buy logo and domain" where Brandpa reigns supreme. I was relieved to see you've preemptively addressed this with your Brandpa alternative page.

To acquire new users, you must first decide who your audience is. Competing with Brandpa and the flurry of other competitors for "buy logo and domain" is a losing game. You have done more than enough work on your website, now it's time to strategize.

I recommend you narrow your audience based on price and/or vertical.

For example, you can pursue the long-tail "buy logo and domain cheap" but in my experience, people who want cheap branding will go to Fiver or Upwork.

It would be more promising to narrow your vertical. For example, why don't you become the GO-TO for Shopify stores?

... Find the 10 most popular categories of Shopify stores (for example, cosmetics, apparel, and so on) and design a logo for each. This will represent your initial inventory. Double-down on what works. Shopify is a tangible community whose attention you can capture through content. I can see you being featured in "top Shopify tips YouTube videos" and ranking for "Shopify logo ideas". You could upsell branded assets for Facebook retargeting campaigns.

You can build a simple "Shopify name generator". When the user isn't satisfied with the name (just because it's auto-generated), you can draw their attention to Zilpa and make a sale.

Also make a Dribbble team and feature your best designs.

      1. 3

Thank you so much for your super insightful feedback, @bookercodes! 🙏

It didn't even cross my mind to target Shopify businesses, and it actually makes a whole lot of sense! On it 🙂 I was planning on competing (SEO) with Brandpa/Brandbucket head on, but that would take years to actually yield any meaningful results, if any at all...

Can you recommend anything on audience segmentation? I usually like to hide on the backend of things so am really just starting to learn about all this 🙂

    2. 3

I agree with @bookercodes that the value proposition is spot-on. For me, the VP that's on the "Browse" page should be promoted to the front page, with the "save time" further down the page. This is crystal clear:

      "Curated names for startups

Discover handpicked names with available dotcoms and logos, priced 10x below market value"

and should be right under the logo.

    3. 2

      This is just ingenious!

Do you mind if I ask how much you're spending on Reddit and what kind of return on investment you're seeing?

      1. 1

I set the ad to run for a week with maximum spending of $60 and about $1.50/click. I'm not really sure about the ROI because it's only been running for a short time. I'm thinking I'll have to mess around with the bid price and audience settings.

    2. 1

      Hey @adegroat,

I'd look into Google Ads and narrowing down on various categories of therapy, to see which would convert the best. If you can, create a landing page based on each one, run ads for each category, and see which ones convert the best!

    1. 2

      Hey @sanedevil

It's not clear to me whether this service manages profiles across different platforms. But I'm assuming that's how it works?

      1. 1

hey @dextersjab - not quite. Users can create and manage multiple profiles from within Personalli. Of course they can bring in their other profile services.

eg. with your colleagues you may want to share your professional side and would include the LinkedIn link, but with your hobby group, you may want to share your Instagram link and not your LinkedIn link.

But thanks for your feedback. Might be a good idea to make this more explicit.

    2. 2

      Hey @sanedevil,

Curious to know how you came up with / came across this idea?

      1. 1

hey @tomzaragoza - sure. The idea came up in my conversations w my friends & colleagues all of whom seemed to have different roles but had no way to express themselves. It started only w soc med links, but has evolved into a product covering entire profiles.

now I'm curious why you are curious? ;-)

        1. 1

@sanedevil @tomzaragoza I was wondering the same. You reminded me of Tom Haverford from Parks and Rec when makes a bunch of different dating profiles to target different women 😂

          1. 1

@bookercodes ha ha! we are in a state where we think we can go different ways indeed - professionals, dating, privacy, students, etc. In fact one of my friends said this could be great for an escort service where escorts assume different identity for their jobs.

Hell yeah @gajus this is incredible!

I just started a new remote job and I'm trying to replicate the whole serendipitous meeting-new-people-in-your-first-week-in-the-office type of thing. Relied on the #general "hey these are new hires and 3 questions they answered!" type of message by the employee success team to reach out and start to virtually meet new people!

Soooo with that said, start slapping HR teams on LinkedIn DMs that you have this type of app, or even just asking them what it is they do to help onboard or re-create the whole office meeting new people type of thing.

Some of them would be happy to answer questions

"Hey <Incredible HR person at Startup>! Just curious to know - in terms of culture, what are you doing to help keep the spark up at the companies now that they are more or less remote? Would love to chat!"

Something along those lines. Dunno if you're already doing that though!

Maybe another thing you could do is to add an affiliate portion to the app, to piggy-back on the word-of-mouth aspect. Incentivize people to share this app. Getrewardful.com is sweet for this, if you use stripe for payments. Not sure how payments for slack apps work, but yeah

      As for SEO:

      yasss you've already started a blog: https://aboutsnack.com/blog

Maybe what you could do is, given you reach out to various HR peoples asking them what they do for the serendipity, you can start to take note of these, as them if you can include them into a blog post, create a lonnggggggg blog post on all these different things they are doing, then putting that blog post out there.

Then, as that blog post lives in the wild, after a few months, you can use Google Search Console to find the other keywords your long post gets ranked for then creating new content or updating that piece with those new keywords. Thing of these as the keywords that your users, depending on what part of the funnel they are in, are using to find your blog post.

Happy to chat more if you're interested! SEO can really hit if you are systematic about it. Can explain further anything that I suggested above.

This is great! I'm especially grateful for how quickly I was able to figure out what your product is and the value of it. I'm not an employer, but if I was I think this would be a great replacement for the in-person equivalents that I've experienced in past jobs.

    3. 1

Snack is smart, and I am happy for your success 💡. Your content looks best-in-class, and I am excited to see you ramp up production.

So far, who have you mainly seen adoption by? Is it human resource-type people? Or have remote team members championed Snack to Slack administrators?

From what I can tell, at the moment, you have a fragile baseline of installs attributed to the Slack app store and word of mouth. This is fragile because trends change and you have no control of your distribution channels. Taking a pessimistic viewpoint, you should expect this baseline to dwindle in the next 3-6 months.

If you have no budget, I would invest heavily in your own distribution channels these next 3 months. I suggest you dream big and smart small, taking an experiment-driven approach. Here are some ideas,

      • Double-down on your blog, ensuring you build backlinks from the beginning. Create a distribution plan, and, potentially, a cross-promotion schedule from the beginning. * A promising distribution plan would be to share your posts with Slack, team-building, and HR newsletters. It will take some time to learn what resonates with each newsletter's audience and to build relationships with the curators. If you have a budget and interested in sponsorship, normally you need to commit to slots ahead of time.
      • LinkedIn represents a big opportunity for Snack. Human-resource-type people live on LinkedIn, and I see posts about remote work trending all the time. Make it easier for your audience to discover you by bringing the conversation to their platform. Note, I am not saying "write a blog post and share it on LinkedIn". This isn't good enough in 2020. In 2020, you need to tailor the post to the platform (title, tone of voice, length, @-mentions, tags, and so on) If you can build an engaged audience in 3 months, anything you publish in the future will ripple through your network like a pebble on a lake.
      • If not LinkedIn, build your audience elsewhere. For example, a Slack community, Medium publication, or your own newsletter! I think it's a shame you're not already capturing people's emails on your blog
      • Once you have an audience, you can look to partner with other Indie Hackers. Find friendly companies solving adjacent problems for remote-workers. Did I see a product that shipped beers to employees on Friday for "beer-o-clock"? Ask them to feature a little pamphlet in their box with a link to Snack.
      • I searched "remote work" on Product Hunt and the results are dominated by "guide to remote work" content products. You can either create your own, or look to share their audience

In your post, you wrote "scale" but I humbly think you're on the way to product-market fit only because Snack is so young. Remember, I have no insight into your activation and churn metrics. In a few months, you'll have a better idea of your LTV and can start to experiment with paid advertising. I would experiment, experiment, experiment until you find an audience that resonates with your advertising. Paid ads could also supplement your content strategy. For example, if a LinkedIn post booms, you can throw some money at it.

I wonder about the potential for product-led growth and Snack. I'd need to think about it some more.

Thank you I'll give advice on other products if anything comes up.

    1. 2

      Bam what's good, @ArnaudGrowth!

Is Friends and Fools a new term? Like the fools part? First time hearing that lol

Alrighty, so who are the people you are targeting here? One thing I've noticed in my career as a developer, is sometimes integration teams require data and chats with external stakeholders. API keys, credentials to login to FTP, things like that. They have a vested interest in making sure this info doesn't leak AND to safely share it to get work done.

Maybe people within a company that interact the most with those external stakeholders could benefit the most from this. Account execs, development managers, who then need to add developers or other people that have an interest in the safe data being talked about in Misakey? Some sort of a network effect happening here.

I'm thinking along the lines of how, say we would use pwpush.com to send passwords within teams or other teams, etc

Please shed some light on who the target audience is! Can go from there too

Also, happy to chat further on twitter: https://twitter.com/tomzaragoza

      1. 1

        Hey Tom!

That's a cool idea to focus on integration team! I'll make sure to investigate and test this potential target!

Currently, we are trying to validate the product (not the concept as it's already developed).

        • We are targeting early adopters mainly through Product Hunt (to identify key segments)
        • Alternatively, we are testing with Lawyers, Journalists, Doctors, DPO, Accountant, etc. Anyone who is dealing with confidential data - mainly data of their clients.
Even if the platform is really secure and encrypted (nothing is perfectly secure), we try to emphasis on confidentiality.

Family, friends and Fools (acronym FFF), is mainly used in the entrepreneurial world. When we talk about fundraising, there is a term that's called Love Money (i.e. money you raise from your grandma, your friends, etc.). You raise this money (before Seed Money) to your FFF network. I really like the term, and I use it a lot in Growth.
[You might like the term ramen profitability as well 😊]

I would love to continue the discussion with you!
Unfortunately, I do not use Twitter, but I'm an active user of LinkedIn if you'd like.

If I can help you with anything, I would love it :)

is there an opportunity to create a calculator of sorts? to help visualize the value of fundstory to a potential business? Maybe a very very pared down version of what you offer, but gives businesses a taste of what they could get from fundstory?

The psychology behind it could be like:

"Oh okay, Fundstory is giving THAT for free? They MUST be giving a ton more behind the paywall"

Please shed some light and lets get the conversation started!

Hey Damir. I just remembered your app from looking at this thread yesterday and wanted to download it from the app store. However I couldn’t find it there. Searched for „annotate book“ and „mark book“. Maybe this can help you for ASO. Might also be because I haven’t updated iOS yet and it seems the app is not compatible.

Just updated and the app is great. Stunning design.

As I am sure you know, productivity porn is on the rise, especially on YouTube 📈. I am thinking of Ali Abdaal who's a recent video, My favorite note-taking app for students has 500,000 views. Imagine if you were featured in that video 😱

Okay, okay, in fitting with productivity "porn", that would give your growth a "viagra" effect - that is, a short spoke in performance. I concede, it'd also be tough to earn Ali's attention, especially as your motivation is to sell. That being said, I think this represents a broader opportunity.

Whenever Ali creates a video, a subset of smaller creators create videos about the same topic. These tend to be young, aspiring creators like Lenks, whom I think would love to work with you, especially if you can offer their audience a promotion.

Ali, Thomas Frank, and other productivity creators will send you strong signals about what productivity topics are trending. For example, Notion is popular with students, and Roam Research is growing in popularity also. Here's a video by Thomas Frank called This Note-taking app is a game-changer - Roam Research to illustrate my point.

Search YouTube for "note-taking" and you'll see it's a popular topic. I'll leave you to think about how to capture this attention.

You can also look into Setapp, who might work with you to distribute and charge for your app.

I'd probably suggest answering questions on maybe Google's help forums on how to do various things in Google sheets.

You can even use forums to answer questions that people might have around how to do things in Sheets. I made a little tool to help search for questions on forums here:

    Product link: https://cloudbuddies.io
Your objective: validate concept and get early users when MVP is ready, hopefully this month.
Where you're currently acquiring new users: n/a

    1. 2

I am a little embarrassed to admit that I don't totally "get" cloudbuddies.io.

I read most of your website and some of your posts on Indie Hackers and I surmise that through a chat bot, users can access templates to provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS?

I feel like your audience isn't developers because developers are going to levitate towards something like Terraform (where we can commit configuration files to source control) and trending towards serverless.

I feel like your audience isn't dev ops people as they will likely use Harness or maybe Relay. Dev ops people have the expertise to take full control. Do they have the time?

Excuse my ignorance but it's unclear to me who your audience is and what specific problems you solve for them.

      1. 2

        Hi,

        Thanks for the feedback.

The tool will offer several things. A cloud adoption is three steps, some of them are not being considered by companies/architects/developers and sometimes ends up with bad surprises. We want to fix this by combining the architecting side of a cloud infrastructure with the automation side. Offer an alternative to people that don't like to code and/or don't know how to design infrastructures accordingly to be able to build well architected resources in the cloud.
Cloud Deployment is not only development or automation, there is the well architected framework that sums up best practices in order to do a cloud environment correctly. Cost opt, operational excellence, resiliency, security and so on...we include these considerations in our deployments.

        1.The Landing Zone

As mentioned on the website, when u start to go for cloud as a company you need to build a landing zone, which to be simple is, an organisation of multiple accounts which segregates users access and set policies to control who can do what at the organisation level. It gives you central services and central access between accounts...where you will "plug" your Application infrastructures, it's not an easy thing to do. The tool deploys this structure for you automatically.

        1. The cloud accounts

As said, to be doing stuff correctly you need different accounts, some for the core services, some for your apps. The tool is providing preconfigured accounts (that will stick to your core services and be part of the organisation) to start your projects quicker (no need to configure the accounts, they will have networks and security already setup)

        1. The applications

This is where deployment and automation comes in the game. You can imagine the tool as a terraform with the architecture side included, except you will not need to learn coding or architecting or install any software (all goes from a browser session) and if you have just some basic IT knowledge you should be able to follow the chatbot and deploy templates without knowing much about them. The templates will be either preconfigured by us or customisable on the settings we think are relevant, the resources and their sub-resources will be ready to use, tagged and highly available if needed.

Developers could use it because they usually don't really care about the best practices (it could also save them time on standard deployments), but yes i admit they are not really our targets as they will prefer to continue coding. Not all applications are serverless ready, therefore you need a standard infra to support them. Cloud Architects (like me) would maybe like to be able to deploy without bothering the coding (i would love that), non cloud aware IT could help their company to move to cloud as they wouldn't need to upskill a lot. Companies could avoid searching for unicorn profiles and let their existing IT do the move with the help of our preconfigured/customisable templates. Saves times, efforts and budgets for the them.

We also plan to make it multi-cloud and multi-language to be more accessible to everyone...if we get success of course :)

The problem in cloud is that all is turning around development underestimating the strategic/designing side of it, this usually leads to bad decisions, we just want to offer a way to include the best of designing and coding.

Sorry for the long response :)

Hey Alex thanks for this post and your incredibly in-depth feedback. Looking forward to hearing from you but looks like you got more than you can chew.

    Product link: https://www.miracle-nutrition.com/
Your objective: find first paying customers
Where you're currently acquiring new users: forums, word of mouth, influencers, dietitians, clinics

Just launched 2 weeks ago. Had some success with Hacker News but have been unable to replicate it. Waiting for the influencers, dietitians, and physicians to try the product and see if they want to go forward with it.

    1. 2

I did some research, and the miracle berry is not newly-discovered. In fact, it seems like a superfood-type that got left behind Acai Berries, etc. sometime between 2000 and 2008 and could well be due for a resurgence. Sounds exciting ✨

How to market this product depends on your ambition, right?

There is already a niche market, as is evident by your competition (one example). Call this market segment "people with intent to buy miracle berry". You can go head-to-head and outplay the competition at content marketing, search engine marketing, and so on. In this case, you can capture highly-motivated customers with intention. Your visual brand, copy, pricing, and how you package the product (in your competition's case, it's a tablet) can give you a small edge. Other than that, I don't have anything overly-creative to offer. I suspect you have a social and economic impact that you can broadcast more openly, which will contribute to your brand image. Innocent Smoothies and Peaceful fruits have good landing pages, which you can look to for inspiration. I like Be Sweet Lemonade's business model where a portion of their proceeds is donated.

You can study food and drink products on Shark Tank. There's a whole database! If I were you, I would trace how Acai Berries, Macha, Ube, etc. became popular in the west and how Cauliflower rice, Hummus deserts, Huel, etc. become trendy in general. What you'll likely find - and in my view, this is the greatest ambition - is that the pedigree companies in those categories took on the arduous task of market education. Call this market segment "people who don't know they can benefit from miracle berry". Normally, you'd map the person's problem to your solution with content, "good food tastes bad"> try Miracle Berry! "tasty healthy food" > try Miracle Berry! But the health and fitness (and superfood) content are extremely saturated.

Press could be a great opportunity for you. From what I have read, it's been long enough since Miracle berry made the rounds, you could spark a new wave. Health writers are always looking for new topics to write about. It must be really hard for them to write about new things considering how slow trends move. Something like the super berry lends itself to a tantalizing headline that sparks curiosity and traction, which journalists will appreciate. You can learn a lot about how to get your first press in this Indie Hackers podcast episode with Dimitri Dragilev.

You can consider an affiliation with health magazines and health influencers. For example, a 60/40 revenue split. Health influencers have "cult" followings of normal-looking people who will try anything to look like them. I'd like to see you utilize this in an authentic and responsible way.

Market education is daunting, and I would probably veer from it at the beginning. Maybe I'm just not that ambitious! I bet there are niche Facebook communities you can find around specific diets. For example, people with diabetes who can't consume sugar. You can bring them value by creating, for example, a sugar-free cookie recipe. For any recipe that requires the Miracle Berry, they'll naturally buy from you. If you see traction, you can double-down and produce a sugar-free online cookbook and YouTube channel. An added benefit is that you're showing people how to get the most out of super berries. The more they use super berries, the more frequently they reorder.

Can Miracle Berries make my protein powder not taste like shit? Your niche community could be protein-shake drinkers. Imagine if that was successful! You could potentially pivot and ship the first miracle-berry protein shake.

And hey! Have you attempted to sell miracle berry locally? Can you set up a stall at the local food market one weekend (social distancing restrictions permitting?) Can you build a relationship with a local store to sell Miracle Berry? Maybe they'll feature it with an informational poster. As an online marketer, this is perhaps more daunting to me than market education! But it's hard to deny the immeasurable benefit of knowing your early customers personally.

Good luck. I hope you do really well. Then I hope Whole Foods don't steal your lunch money.

      1. 1

Wow the research and depth you put into these is amazing!!! I hope your generosity earns you the karma points to pay off later :)

I think the reason the fruit hasn't gone anywhere is 1) people have been marketing it as a novelty food 2) the current tablets take 5-10 minutes to dissolve so it is inconvenient for it to be a habit. These are the two things that make me stand apart. I got #2 down to 15 seconds, but #1 is still an exploratory thing.

I like the feedback on the media and influencers. It makes me feel better that I'm on the right route. Although it isn't going to get the instant results I want for the YC sprint, it is definitely the sustainable way to build the business. I tried reddit and had little luck there, but you are totally right that maybe I need to generate content on recipes to get their attention without being flagged for self-promotion.

Good call on the case studies. I think the thing that drives me even when I doubt myself is the versatility of the product. You only get value out of cauliflower, matcha, açaí when you eat it - the value is niche and narrow. The value of miracle fruit is not its nutrition, but all the things it allows you to eat and enjoy. It's the Swiss army knife of nutrition. If I can crack the code on the education, this is an untapped goldmine.

If Covid wasn't a thing, I'd definitely be on the streets with a miracle-berry lemonade stand XD I may still consider it, but the cases in my state have been pretty bad so not sure how productive/safe that would be.

Thanks again for the feedback and your time! Let me know if you'd like to give it a try ;)

      Hey @patrickr,

      Wicked idea!

Doing a quick look at your domain and the keywords you rank for:

      https://app.neilpatel.com/en/traffic_analyzer/overview?lang=en&locId=2840&domain=timebuzzer.com

Even cooooooler that you are getting ranked for time buzzer + you have the domain name matching it as well.

      I'm getting that information here:

      https://app.neilpatel.com/en/traffic_analyzer/keywords?domain=timebuzzer.com&lang=en&locId=2840

      RE: your LP headline:

"Time Tracking for Professionals and Teams"

Do you happen to know who these people are? Like what type of work they do? Their job titles?

because what you could do next is add pages on your website for them like so:

      https://timebuzzer.com/for/developers
      https://timebuzzer.com/for/freelancers
      https://timebuzzer.com/for/contractors
      https://timebuzzer.com/for/<anythinghere>

Then on each page, write copy that speaks directly to them. You can get this information from just talking to them and finding out the languages they use. Afterwards, you can link to these pages on the footer of your website, to allow for some internal linking, which search engines tend to like. Doesn't scale (like creating the content doesnt scale), but works.

(a side note, are you listed on the marketplaces for the apps you connect to, like Slack? Those could be some good backlinks to get)

Also, noticed that you have it translated into other languages. Why not translate to even more languages? Figure out what the core keyword for your website is, get that translated to the other languages, make sure you have proper hreflang tags etc and you could start ranking for those other languages as well! Spanish, French, and a handful of languages in Europe could be a good start.

lmk if you have any other questions, happy to help. You have something wicked here!

      I'm on twitter here: https://twitter.com/tomzaragoza

      1. 1

        Hi Tom,

        thanks for your feedback! Awesome!
I already made use cases because I had the same thing in mind. But I think you are right that I could also do further landingpages to adress different target customers.

I am already implementing those pages.
I'll probably get more that 20 different landingpages (x2 because of translations)
So thats a bit of work. But I am probably done in a few days.
(Thats also the reason, that we don't have more languages atm. Its just so much work and it holds me back from adding new pages haha)

Getting into the market places of slack, jira, asana etc is also on my todo list. :)

Lets see how the landingpages will affect our SEO! If you are interested I'll let you know in 2-3 months.

Not on twitter but you can add me on Linkedin.

If you need help or feedback at any point, I'd be happy to support you!

        Best

I think you need to attract teachers rather then customers.. Teachers will bring the customers. Hard to pull them away from other sites though, unless you are focussed. Many of the good teachers have their own platform, but i suspect a good chunk of them are moving away from udemy. maybe you can attract them from there.
