Post your website (without any context) and I'll tell you what I think your product does!

👋 Friends. Just post your website and I'll take a brief look (like most users will) and tell you what I think the website does.

      Very cool! I'll try it!

Thanks Brayden! I’m excited to hear your feedback! Please don’t forget to send me some 🙏

Hey @levidxyz , I have ios 12.4.6 and can't update to ios13. It says I need to update to the latest OS

          1. 1

Aww man I’m sorry! For the mvp I limited the work to only support iOS 13. I will put it on my todo list to support older iOS versions now.

Thanks for taking the time to download it and sending me feedback though. I really appreciate it.

Btw just curious why can’t you upgrade to iOS 13?

            1. 1

Okay thanks. I have a iPhone 5s and the max I can update to is 12.4.6

An app that suggests hashtags/content to maximize engagement on Instagram by analyzing the influencers that I give it. All I need to do is give it three instagram influencers that I think my target demographic follows.

    2. 1

Hey @MrAtiebatie - nice project. We're in the Instagram engagement space as well. May I suggest that you see our https://ritekit.com/api-demo/hashtag-suggestions-image - you can test our endpoints without registration or API key. I think you will find things you can use to build on Target Audience or create other SaaS products.

      A support tool/Intercom competitor!

A curated collection of pictures with a view. I'm not sure what/who this is for 🙈

      1. 2

        Very close @imuzz.
This is a project to discover bars, restaurants, hotels/resorts or travel spots offering a beautiful view. Imagine taking your date out for dinner to a restaurant with an amazing romantic view & waking up together to the chirping sounds of birds & a soul touching beautiful view from your hotel room ❤️❤️❤️

        1. 1

Ah gotcha that makes sense! I would use this. Would definitely update the landing page to make it a bit more clear.

"We show you the best places to relax in, with a view"

err, ok maybe i don't actually like that. But something that makes it a bit more clear!

          1. 1

Indeed a good idea. Thanks for your feedback.

A newsletter for nomads/travelers that are seeking to purchase real estate across the world!

      1. 1

Well, not necessarily property across the world, but definitely for people across the world who have property likely back in their home country.

        Thanks for taking a look.

A slack bot that tracks status changes for people in slack!

    1. 2

A slack app that integrates across all of your standard business apps (Google Docs, Trello, Dropbox, etc.) and learns to automatically answer FAQs.

p.s. Not sure if it's just for internal use or can also answer customer facing questions? This app is pretty cool by the way.

      1. 2

Pretty bang on! Thanks @imuzz .. I'm brand new to Indie Hackers :)

Great feedback on the internal/external vibe though.. just redesigned the site so this feedback is timely. For the record, it's strictly internal !

An app that lets me use Google Sheets as an API! I'd be curious to know a bit more how to do the basic CRUD Operations though.

    1. 1

Great name, given the subject matter.

      1. 1

        Thank you!

TBH, I'm a bit worried the rare .money TLD will confuse people when talking about it (even techies).

But will see how it goes

        1. 1

Maybe buy readmemoney.com as well? Just for folks that hear the URL in passing.

          1. 1

Yes! I did do that, and have been using it in emails because readme.money often doesn't auto-linkify.

If it gets too annoying, I may just make readmemoney.com the primary domain :)

A slack app that automates the daily remote standup process (some how?). I'm actually not totally sure how it does it. Does it post in slack everyday and ask everyone what they did?

It also somehow helps me schedule meetings (but again not sure how).

      Feedback:
"Stand-up meetings are an effective, fast method for resilient team building."

      • This section doesn't actually tell me anything about what your product does and just tells me why standups are good.

Generally, I have a very vague idea of what the product does. How does it help me schedule meetings better?

      1. 1

I appreciate the feedback! I made some tweaks to the copy. If you have another minute, I would love an opinion on the clarity of the new page.

A slack app that reports on your social media performance metrics right within slack. So you don't have to go into each app every day to see how they are doing!

This one was tough for me to understand (i know nothing about the vertical).

It's a way for local businesses (l'm not sure what kind?) to see variations in their
google ratings based off of their location. Is this because "ratings" are location-dependent? Meaning I (as a business) can have a different rating in one location vs. another?

p.s. take everything I say with a grain of salt! If it's obvious to your idea user what your product does by looking at that page then forget everything I say!

      1. 1

Thanks! You got it almost right. It's google rankings (position of your company in google maps) and not ratings. But the concept is the same.

I'm targeting SEO Professionals that usually are familiar with this terms.

But will save that for another time.

      A no-code homepage builder!

Just a heads up — when I clicked on "Start Building Now" on the hero section the button didn't work. I think it's because it doesn't have the right href on it!

      1. 1

hmm same thing on my end. The "Request a Demo" also doesn't work.

  4. 1

Not really a website but more of a little project I made. Have fun!

"Wow! Today sure is a(n) beautiful day for the beach! I am going to hug my friends and then go swim . But when I go to the entrance, I see a building! 'Wow!', I say. 'That smells like a bowl!'. Ahhhhh!!! I gently run away. Then I see my friend ted getting into his car. I jump, 'Help me! It's too exquisite!'. But it is too late. He drives away and I am stuck with this slimey thing until someone can save me."
