Pre-launch pricing strategy for info products?

Any helpful tip or insight on pre-launch pricing strategy for info products?

    A couple ideas:

    • have multiple tiers
    • introduce scarcity (Steph Smith increases the price after X copies sold)
    • offer limited time discounts

      That's a great framework Joe, thanks for sharing. It just scares me the amount of work there is around preparing, creating and launching a book...!

        Well as you know you don't have to do it all! But I think the more you put in to all that, the better it will do! You can always do multiple launches too!

          Interesting. Is there any correlation on the between the effectiveness of launch and overall lifetime returns of books sale? It's a complete foreign subject to me.

            I mean I'm no expert here but I have seen a relationship where folks have had more success than others when they're more prepared.
