(Product) Leadership [Clubhouse chat 26 Feb at 1145 EST]

Since there is no “leadership” or “management” group here, I thought I’d post in the two product groups, as that is probably as close as it is going to get for this topic. Did you know over half of people who have quit a job did so because of a boss (of course here, I could very well be talking about you)? Another 30% want to quit because of their boss but haven’t yet. My guess is this is in part because the average age that a manager gets leadership training is 42.

I know most IHers are solo or have smaller teams, but even those leading small teams might benefit from taking a few moments to think about leadership.
