Programming screencasts for web developer entrepreneurs that own (and need to market) their own sites

I started a web-app marketplace for digital law notes in 2010 and have had the good luck to still be living from it today.

When I started off, I had no idea how all the software/marketing pieces needed to fit together. I didn't know

  • how do I structure a website such that it ranks well in SEO?
  • how to program reliable conversion tracking code for paid-for-click advertising and figure out if my ads are a good deal by doing the customer life-time math?
  • how do I avoid backing the wrong software dependency horse and ending up stuck with some abandoned library?
  • how do I reduce customer fear and set expectations so that they don't freak out and call me in the middle of the night?
  • how do I write accounting code for sales tax that makes my life easier?
  • how can I use integration tests to stop firefighting broken stuff and instead find time to focus on growing my business?
  • how do I use analytics data to de-prioritize features that don't matter and avoid getting trapped endlessly coding?

If these sorts of questions are relevant to your current situation, the first 15 or so episodes are available here:
