Question: How do you get your first 20 paid clients in B2B SaaS

Hi every entrepreneur and hacker here

I believe there are significant meanings for getting the first 20 paid clients in B2B SaaS:

  1. The pricing match what client expected to pay for the value
  2. Client do see the value for the product, instead of a nice-to-have solution
  3. These clients are those who have deep need for the product, despite the product still have a lots to improve.

For us, we just simply contact potential client one by one, invite them to have a trial and ask them if they are willing to pay. It works, but I think there should be a more efficient way.

And I would like to what is everyone building and how do you acquire the first 20 paid clients.
