I want to make a new creative service!

I want to make an app which is like Random Language Exchange Service.

Features:

・Users get a random language exchange on demands when they request.
E.G
User (Speak EN)
request to find a new language → randomly find someone who speaks EN and other Language

Fee:
Free

  $5〜 $10 / month (considering)

Purpose:

・Find a new language or country which you never had a chance to find in a daily life around the world.
・Enhance the understanding of other country and culture.
・Find a suitable or favorite language for you by a random chance.

I want it start as a local business and spread it to more wide areas.

I am planning to make a platform by using Bubble, Adalo, Studio first.

Please give me some advise and look for someone who would like to create this service together.
