For Telios, I focused on non-scalable things rather trying to go too big, which I did at first and it didn't work. What I did is:
- Privately messaging people to have feedback on our product (landing page, explainer video, copywriting...).
- Meeting people in person through networking & entrepreneurial events.
- Joining online communities and interacting 1 on 1.
- Asking people to check us out.
It helped us to generate a steady growth so far. Road to 200 signups!
