Recreating Financial Services (Day 224)

Listening to the Consensys Roadmap webvinar and this a slide from the Codefi presentation. A very good map of the centralized finance vs decentralized finance (DeFi).

It is still very early day for the DeFi, for both user base and assets. After the "DeFi Summer" of year 2020, there are more products trying to recreate the features in the centralized finance and this is very exciting.

While it is amazing to see how finance can be implemented without the centralized authority and allow the participants to capture all of the values, there will be a need for bridging both worlds. This is what I decided to focus on as an indiehacker.
