Retry API, middleware to retry call to my API

Hi All ;)

I'm looking for a middleware API that will retry call if my server return an error.

React => Midleware => My API

if My API response code >= 400 retry 5min later
if still fail => email

I can code it or use Kafka but I would prefer a simple Saas for my MVP ;)
