Roast my landing page: Brainstorm web app

I'm building BrainRain to help people run better brainstorm sessions.

Please, rate my landing page. Is it clear what the product is proposing and how it can be useful? I'd really appreciate any other feedback regarding the idea or product!

We seem to have troubles getting users even for free. I wonder if the issue is in the product or the problem we are trying to solve. I'm actually starting to think about pivoting.

I think this particular page/app could really benefit from showing the app in-use on the homepage. Like how grammarly.com does it.

If I understand correctly, the pain point BrainRain solves is that you can feel more free and less pressured with your answer because each indvidual has its own time to answer and can be anonymous? If so, I think you should make it clearer at the very top of the page. After all, it is the reason why people will want to use the app. If not, think about it, about what makes BrainRain unique, what problem it solves and why you would use it against any other existing solution, and make these answers visible for a visitor as soon as they arrive on the landing page.

I also did not really understand the "vote by categories" part. If they are reasons to choose your product, make them clearer as well.

The idea seems interesting, keep working on it!

Can you use another word for brainstorm?

    1. 1

Yeah... But is it overused on the page?

      1. 1

No, its not. But I think you can get a broader audience if you change this word.

I like the dark mode than the bright mode. I felt, you should have a simple video explaining how it works and what problem it solves.

    Good luck to you Evgenii

      Hi, Venkat!

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, we were thinking about adding a video. Didn't go that way cause we thought it would overcomplicate the decision for the user. It would take more time to get the idea of the product

That's very helpful. I even get angry at myself for having these sloppy inaccuracies.

Thank you for the effort in writing this review! I'd be reviewing the way I did the landing page.
