    I don't use segment anymore but I think you've explained the concept pretty well!
    I'd love to see some examples on the homepage of what these emails look like tho: are they emails that have charts embedded or do you just send me a link to a page that has the report and it's all interactive and stuff?

      Thanks! Charts are embedded in emails so customers can see their data straight in their inbox, similar to how Grammarly sends their weekly insights.
