Run your help desk from Github. Looking for feedback.

Hi all,

I've launched HubDesk and would love your feedback! HubDesk was an idea I had a while back to create Github Issues from support or internal help desk emails. People without Github accounts can send emails to [email protected] or [email protected] and create Github issues. You can then respond to those emails directly from Github issue comments using @reply in your comment. It's an affordable alternative to paying for an expense help desk tool like Zendesk or something similar.

It was also a good opportunity for me to dive deep into Firebase, Next.js, and Tailwind. Would love to hear your feedback!

HubDesk is live at https://hubdesk.io.
