SaaS B2B sweet spot price point?

Hey fellow IHs! Here I go again... working for the Nth time on an idea..., this time around I'm doing proper validation. I was wondering if you happen to have a sweet spot price point for a B2B SaaS for a IH biz.
Big companies charge big bucks for a comprehensive solution and stops small companies to think about a smaller target solution. That is why I'm asking for guidance. Thanks!
